Kurt J. Hilzinger

Kurt J. Hilzinger joined the Board of Directors at Humana in 2003 and has served as the Chairman since 2014. Mr. Hilzinger has served on the Board of Directors at Outlook Therapeutics since 2015 and the Advisory Board of ClaritasRX since 2016. Mr. Hilzinger has served as a Partner at Cout Square Capital Partners since 2007 and has served on the Board of Directors at Court Square Related Entities since 2007. Mr. Hilzinger served as a Director at Amerisource from 2004 to 2007 and President and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2007 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2002 and in various other positions from 1991 to 2001. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Hilzinger served as a Vice President at Citi. Mr. Hilzinger is a member of the Presidential Advisors Board at Thomas Jefferson University and Health Systems, and a member of the Advisory Board at Ross School of Business. Previously, Mr. Hilzinger served as a Cabinet Member of the United Way of Southern PA from 2005 to 2007 and a member of the Executive Committee at the Healthcare Distribution Alliance from 2000 to 2007.
