Pam Heminger

Pam Heminger has served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Procurement and Planning at Caterpillar since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Heminger served as the Vice President of Strategic Procurement at Caterpillar from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Caterpillar, Ms. Heminger served as the as the Vice President of Purchasing at Honda of America Manufacturing from 2019 to 2020 and Vice President of Business Operations from 2016 to 2019 and Division Manager of Business from 2015 to 2016 and Division Manager and Associate Chief Advisor of Purchasing from 2012 to 2015 and Associate Chief Advisor of NA Purchasing from2011 to 2012 and Senior Manager of NA Purchasing from 2007 to 2011 and in various other purchasing and buyer positions from 1996 to 2007. Ms. Heminger has served on the CAPS Research Executive Council Board since 2021 and previously served on the board at the Ohio manufacturing Association from 2016 to 2020 and was a member of the Governing Board at Children’s Hunger Alliance from 2014 to 2017.
