Pamela J. Craig

Ms. Craig has extensive finance, management, operational, technology and international business expertise, including her history of accomplishment and executive ability as chief financial officer of Accenture plc. In addition, her directorships at other public companies, including her service as a member of the Audit and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committees of Corning Incorporated and as chair of the Technology Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee of Progressive Insurance, provide her with valuable experience on governance issues facing public companies.
