So we said we're going to improve the diversity of our workforce so that we get to 40% diverse, meaning women. And underrepresented minorities, by 2026. By the end of 2026, we set the goal in 2020.

As early as 2032, and in South Carolina, we're including SMRs as a potential resource starting in 2040. SMRs have the potential to provide the crucial missing link in net zero plans. A carbon free, on demand resource that we can cycle up and down to quickly balance the intermittent nature of wind and solar.
