Robert Strong

Robert Strong has served as the Senior Vice President of Earthmoving at Caterpillar since 2023. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Strong served as the Vice President of Procurement at Caterpillar in 2022 and Director of Procurement from 2021 to 2022 and General Manger of Parts Transformation from 2018 to 2021 and Worldwide Motor Grader Production from 2016 to 2018 and Manufacturing Support Director from 2013 to 2015 and Supply Chain Director from 2012 to 2013 and North American Motor Grader Product Manager from 2009 to 2012 and Marketing District Manager from 2007 to 2009. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Strong served as the Asia Product Manager at Caterpillar and New Project Manager from 2001 to 2003 and started his career as a design engineer from 1998 to 2000.
