Biography:
Rod Shurman has served as the Senior Vice President of Electrification and Advance Power Solutions since 2021. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Shurman Vice President of Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine and as General Manger from 2018 to 2021. Rod joined Caterpillar in 1997 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, service and operations functions including product manager for the Cat 3500 engine platform and general manager of Caterpillar’s oil and gas business.
