Scott H. Baxter

Mr. Baxter has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kontoor Brands, Inc., a global lifestyle apparel company, since August 2018 when VF Corporation, one of the world’s largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies, announced its intention to separate its Jeanswear organization into an independent, publicly traded company. Mr. Baxter has served as Chair of Kontoor’s board of directors since August 2021. Mr. Baxter brings to the Lowe’s Board extensive executive leadership experience in the retail industry, as well as expertise in marketing and brand management and developing digital growth strategies in support of an omnichannel customer experience. Mr. Baxter also has a strong background in a number of other critical areas, including operations, merchandising and sourcing, sales and strategic planning.
