“How do we take our inclusion, equity, and diversity efforts to the next level? We've been talking about this and doing some things for years, but how do we embed this into the work that we do each and every day and make sure that our operations reflect the communities that we serve? And so we were very intentional as a company about calling it Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity. I know others call it DEI, but leading with inclusivity. So everyone feels like they have a voice and they matter. And so we've done a lot around having courageous conversations on different subjects.”
