Timothy A. Massa

Timothy A. Massa became the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Kroger in 2014. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Massa served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development at Kroger from 2010 to 2014. Before his time at Kroger, Mr. Massa served as the Global Human Resources Director of Customer Business Development at Procter & Gamble from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Massa also served as the Global Human Resources Director of Global Business Development at Procter & Gamble from 2006 to 2009 and Central & Eastern European Human Resources Associate Director from 2003 to 2006 and in Various Human Resource Business Partner Leadership Positions from 1989 to 2003. Mr. Massa currently serves on the Cincinnati Workforce Innovation Center Advisory Board and Is a Director at North American Human Resources Policy Association. Mr. Massa served on the board of the Cincinnati Zoo in 2022 and the American Cancer Society Cincinnati Chapter Executive Committee in 2021.
