Biography:

Rodney McMullen became the Chief Executive Officer of Kroger in 2014 and Chairman of the Board in 2015 and is the Chief Executive Officer at Vigor Acquisition Group. Before these appointments, Mr. McMullen served as the Chief Operating Officer at Kroger from 2009 to 2014 and In 2003 Mr. McMullen was appointed as the Vice Chairman. In 1999, Mr. McMullen was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Strategy, Planning, and Finances and Senior Vice President in 1997. In 1995, Mr. McMullen was appointed as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Planning and Capital Management in 1989. Mr. McMullen Started his career at Kroger as a Stock Clerk in 1978 and would go on to become a Financial Analyst after college. Mr. McMullen served on the Board of Cincinnati Financial until 2020 and is currently and Board Member at Feeding America Cincinnati Business Committee and Consumer Goods Forum, Xavier University, and on the Dean’s Advisory Council of the University of Kentucky College of Business and Economics.
