Nayaki R. Nayyar

Nayaki Nayyar has served on the Board of Directors for TD SYNNEX since December 2020 and Corteva Agriscience since February 2020. She has also served as Chief Executive Officer for Securonix since December 2022. Prior to this she was President of Ivanti from May 2020 to October 2022; a Board Member at Veritone, Inc. from October 2018 to December 2022; and President of Digital Service and Operations Management at BMC Software from October 2016 to May 2020. Previously Ms. Nayyar served SAP as General Manager and Global Head of Internet of Things and Innovation from January 2016 to October 2016; Senior Vice President of SAP Cloud for Customer Engagement from January 2012 to December 2015; and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy from March 2011 to December 2011. Before joining SAP she was vice president and Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Architecture and Application Services at Valero Energy Corporation from August 2000 to February 2011. She began her career as a Project Manager at Shell from August 1996 to August 2000.
