Mailchimp has canceled Christian and conservative groups for a wide array of offensives based on its broad and vague terms and conditions. Mailchimp has suspended political groups, faith-based groups, and The Babylon Bee. Mailchimp supports gender identity education for children and looser election laws, defying local and state laws. Mailchimp donated to Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ groups. While it protects its employees against political affiliation discrimination, it does require that employees be vaccinated against COVID-19. The company has a charitable discount for nonprofits, but it is unclear if religious groups are eligible. For these reasons, Mailchimp receives a "High Risk" rating.

Mailchimp also canceled the account of the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a 2nd Amendment support group (2). Mailchimp de-platformed the Northern Virginia Tea Party (3). Mailchimp de-platformed the group, Russian Faith, from using its emailing services without any warning or explanation (4). Mailchimp joined other Big Tech companies in banning users that violated its “anti-vaccination” content policy (5).

Mailchimp has its employees go through allyship and privilege trainings (6).
