Brad D. Smith

Brad D. Smith joined the Board of Directors at Humana in 2022 and at Amazon in 2023. Mr. Smith has served as the President of Marshall University since 2022. Mr. Smith previously served on the Board of Directors at Momentiv Global Inc. from 2017 to 2022 and Nordstrom, Inc from 2013 to 2022. Mr. Smith served as Executive Chairman of Intuit from 2019 to 2022 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2019 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Small Business Division from 2005 to 2008 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intuit Consumer Tax Group from 2004 to 2005 and Vice President and General Manager of Intuit Accountant Central & Developer Network from 2003 to 2004. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Smith served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at ADP and Vice President of Field Marketing at ADVO, Inc from 1992 to 1996. Before joining ADVO, Mr. Smith served as the General manager of 7-UP Company Akron at Brooks Beverage Management from 1991 to 1992 and Senior Account Manage at Pepsi Bottling Group from 1986 to 1991. Mr. Smith founded Wing 2 Wing Foundation in 2019.
