Biography:

Denise C. Johnson has been the Group President of Resource Industries at Caterpillar since 2016 and a member of the Board of Directors at The Mosaic Company since 2014. She held the position of Vice President of Material Handling and Underground Division at Caterpillar from 2014 to 2016, Vice President of Integrated Manufacturing Operations Division from 2013 to 2014, Vice President of Diversified Products Division in 2013, and General Manager of the Specialty Products Business Unit from 2011 to 2012. Before Caterpillar, Johnson was President and Managing Director of General Motors Brazil from 2010 to 2011, Vice President of General Motors Labor Relations from 2009 to 2010, Vehicle Line Director and Vehicle Chief Engineer of Global Small Car in 2009, and Plant Manager of the Oshawa Truck Plant from 2007 to 2008. She is also a director at the National Mining Association, a board member at the National Association of Manufacturers, and serves on the MIT Leaders for Global Operations governing board.
