Biography:

Michele Burns joined the Board of Directors at Goldman Sachs in 2011, AB InBev in 2016, Cisco Systems in 2003, and Etsy in 2014. Ms. Burns served on the Board of Directors at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2018 and was the Chie Executive Officer of the Retirement Policy Center at Marsh & McLennan from 2011 to 2014. Ms. Burns served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mercer LLC from 2006 to 2011 and Chief Financial Officer in 2006 and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Restructuring Officer of Mirant from 2004 to 2006.
